We work with smallholder producers along inclusive agriculture value chains — including avocado, soybean, cotton, coffee, tea, vegetables, fruits, dairy, feed, and poultry — to improve quality, raise incomes, and connect farmers to fairer markets.

Industrial Development

Strengthening industrial value chains by improving product quality, competitiveness, and compliance with international standards, and by promoting digital transformation, innovation, recycling, and safe working environments in leather, textile, and green industry.

Rural Finance & Market

Improving access to rural financial services and strengthening market linkages for smallholder producers and enterprises, while supporting entrepreneurship and job creation for youth and women.

WASH & Humanitarian Response

Providing timely humanitarian assistance — food, water, sanitation and hygiene, and recovery support — to communities affected by natural and man-made disasters, including internally displaced people.

Advocacy & Women, Youth & Disability Inclusion

Empowering women, youth, and persons with disabilities through skills development, equal opportunities, and inclusive participation in economic and social activities, with policy advocacy mainstreamed across every program.
