Future Bridge Development Action (FBDA) is an Ethiopian non-profit civil society organization legally registered in 2026 under the Civil Society Organizations Proclamation No. 1113/2019 with registry number 7904.
Committed to building resilient, self-sustaining, and prosperous communities, FBDA connects underserved groups with sustainable economic opportunities, localized innovation, and inclusive development practices. Guided by its core mission of “Bridging the Divide,” the organization targets smallholder producers, MSMEs, women, youth, and Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) across diverse value chains and economic sectors.
To maximize operational impact, FBDA integrates its interventions across six strategic pillars — Climate Resilience, Agriculture Value Chain, Industrial Development, Rural Finance & Market, WASH & Humanitarian Response, and Advocacy & Women, Youth & Disability Inclusion — so that policy advocacy, equity, and sustainable development are mainstreamed throughout all localized programming.
FBDA supports smallholder farmers, MSMEs, women, youth, and underserved groups by promoting sustainable livelihoods, climate resilience, financial inclusion, and market access. Its work focuses on creating long-term social and economic impact through practical, community-driven solutions.
